ERP believes that students should be made practically very strong in order to get a good job opportunity in the industry. Based on this belief ERP has designed its training methodology around 3 P’s –Practical Learning, Project Work, and Placement Assistance. The students have to carry out assignments for every subject and to do a project (Industry-related work) on completion of the specific module. Once the students complete the course, a Certificate is awarded and Placement Assistance is provided by ERP on successful clearance of exams.
The basic objective of class assignments is to increase the knowledge and improve the abilities and skills of the students , to prepare them for upcoming lessons, to extend what they know by having them apply it to new situations, or to integrate their abilities by applying different skills to a single task.
