S-Tek believes that students should be made practically very strong in order to get a good job opportunity in the industry. Based on this belief S-Tek has designed its training methodology around 3 P’s –Practical Learning, Project Work, and Placement Assistance. The students have to carry out assignments for every subject and to do a project (Industry-related work) on completion of the specific module. Once the students complete the course, a Certificate is awarded and Placement Assistance is provided by S-Tek on successful clearance of exams.
The basic objective of class assignments is to increase the knowledge and improve the abilities and skills of the students , to prepare them for upcoming lessons, to extend what they know by having them apply it to new situations, or to integrate their abilities by applying different skills to a single task.
